Heather believes that a holistic approach to a healthy, balanced life is one that addresses a person’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs. We will work together to create healthy lifestyle habits that are sustainable throughout an ever-changing life.

Heather is a board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

•Movement as medicine - discover which movement practices can move you towards optimal physical health, reduce pain and inflammation, and recover from injury

•Spiritual Life - Deepen your connection to your spiritual life in a way that will enhance your whole self through the process of self-study
